Note: the present broadcasting operators in cable system or by means of satellite must ask for the licence of the programs which are not assumed, according to the art. 68 para. 1 of the Broadcasting Act 2001. Otherwise the authorization to diffusion of that program is abolished after 12 months from 4.7. 2001.
